Praise From Our First Customer
Braxton Building Maintenance was given the opportunity by Fast Track Learning Management Systems to become its launch customer. Working together, Fast Track LMS and Braxton Building Maintenance created custom training programs. This includes products to educate our custodians in the sixteen most commonly used chemicals for providing office cleaning services. With this, Fast Track LMS has enabled us to increase our employees’ working knowledge, decrease product waste, increase safety, and has nearly eliminated user error. This has resulted in cost savings and happy customers.
The Fast Track LMS Project Manager created 16 subjects with a video presentation of each chemical product in order to effectively deliver the much needed information to our employees. In an effort to help our custodians internalize and remember this information, 10 questions with binary (yes or no, true or false) answers were incorporated at the end of each subject to quiz the learner.
The ability to send this thorough program out to the job site on an iPad has greatly increased our capacity for continual training. Most of our employees work at customers’ job sites and so the Fast Track LMS platform was the training solution for us.
Most importantly, the flexibility of the Fast Track LMS platform enabled us to make a second version of the training program with Spanish language at little extra cost. Furthermore as our product line changes, as it inevitably will, updates to the Fast Track LMS program will be quick and easy.
Businesses commonly look at the return of invested capital and normally give projects with a 5-10 year payback a green light. Our payback time was 5-10 weeks; making this the best investment we have ever made.
I see using Fast Track LMS for even more of our training program needs in the future. I have managed businesses for over 40 years and I can unequivocally state that the Fast Track training and testing system is simply the best that is available in the marketplace today.
